Parking lot, area, and pathway lighting that burn all night represents a significant source of energy waste and contributes to needless sky glow and light pollution.
Take a look at Lumewave controls. We can reduce energy consumption according to occupancy for site lighting by 50% with new metal halide technology called Cosmopolis and MasterColor Elite and by more with LED. Here is a link to these new lamp technologies:

From the Lumewave site:
Lumewave's wireless, remote control and monitoring of street lights can save energy, enhance public safety, reduce light pollution, reduce maintenance costs, provide valuable M&V information, and fixture health reporting to municipalities, states and other users.

A reprieve from lighting - Hail Damage
Hopefully this will be of assistance to someone out there. In the last month I picked a pretty hefty door ding and several spots of hail damage. I ran into a couple of guys who have a shop where Beth Haley architecture moved from in east Nashville. For $200 they fixed the dents and wet sanded some scratches off of the bumper and the work was perfect. Contact me if you want the number and I will pull out the business card.
