AIA Committee on the Environment

Andrea Cloniger Wilson:
Sustainable Food & Nutrition Systems Consultant
The October meeting of the COTE will be ‘Building Sustainable Food Communities’. This will focus around the connections that are formed within dynamic urban and suburban communities and how food is an integral part of this process. Andrea Cloninger Wilson, a local sustainable food & nutrition systems consultant will be presenting an overview of sustainable food systems and their relationship to the built environment. Andrea is a committee member on the USGBC Emerging Professionals committee as well as being an assistant professor at Lipscomb University.

Riff's food truck will be providing the food for this event and representatives from local farmer’s markets will be on hand to answer questions.
