SORAA FOUNDER SHUJI NAKAMURA WINS NOBEL PRIZE IN PHYSICS
Soraa, the world leader in GaN on GaN™ LED technology, announced today that one of its founders, Dr. Shuji Nakamura, has been awarded the 2014 Nobel Prize in Physics.
